Our stay here was fantastic. We were welcomed by Miguel and Juan with a warm and kind welcome. Alfonso also welcomed our group in the lobby with cheese & crackers… I really appreciated that there was complimentary coffee and fruit infused water always available. The view of the lake from the hotel is beautiful and inviting with an outside fire pit and seating areas. Miguel was also so kind to accommodate us with blankets to keep us warm outside. My daughter left her air pods behind and Juan went over and above helping us look for them even after we left the hotel. Love the staff at this hotel! Update: We found the air pods… and Juan is sending them our way! Thank you Juan for following up with us so well.

The Ac seemed broken Service person checked ours and other rooms and confirmed the temp at other rooms wont go below 69. Ours is lingering between 69 to 71 since two nights. Temp is set to 66f, fan high, cool settings. The hotel staff helped us get another room, also they tried fix the ac in the morning. Place is clean, welcoming, paid extra for view room and view is really nice

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was warm and welcoming. The price was affordable and the location was perfect! It felt luxurious to us with the view of the lake and warm breakfast! We walked to the ice skating rink, to dinner across the frozen lake at Smoke Signals and to the pub next door! The hot tub and pool were perfect after skiing. Our kids loved it all. We can’t wait to come back next year!
