My husband is a Diamond elite member and it showed! They treated us very well. Such a welcoming hotel. We stayed Saturday night for a last minute trip. Very clean and an amazing breakfast! Close to everything. The pool and hot tub looks very nice although we didn’t use it we were too busy checking out the Adirondack mountains.

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The room had a fantastic view of the mountains with a fireplace, good size and clean. The hotel overall has a great vibe, the bar is beautiful looking out over the lake. The breakfast is great value and delicious food, with no room service we were able to take away and enjoy the breakfast in our room which was perfect. The location is walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars on main street. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Lake Placid. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in November for his birthday. The property is lovely! It was a bit rainy so we didn't get to take advantage of the fire pit unfortunately. We also didn't try out the pool because it was a little too busy for my rewired Covid brain but it looked very nice. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities standard for a room these days plus some. I was happy to have a mini fridge for our wine and snacks. Even though we didn't get a room with "a view" the scenery is so nice any direction you look so we were pleased. Would definitely go back again!

We stayed there 5 nights and it beat my expectations. Rooms are quiet (good noise insulation from neighbors) and clean - really neat. We had our room on first floor with floored window door outside on backyard where kids could play in snow. Hotel itself is really nice and cozy with great restaurant and rest areas, where you can enjoy fireplaces, make photos with Christmas tree, stay warm and nice. Hotel has enormous free parking area nicely allocated around and fenced with toll trees and bushes. Beautiful mountain views make you feel like amidst tranquil nature preserve. At the same time you can walk down to the Main street with best ski shops, cafe and restaurants. This place has unique atmosphere that calls us to come back again.
