Went here today waited over 10 minutes while two employees helped customers and the other two stood up front on their phones talking. When I finally got assistance I was told I couldn’t do what I was looking to do even though I have several times before the employee couldn’t explain why. After contacting the mobile customer care I was told that I could upgrade with no issues employee at this location was just lazy and didn’t want to do it. Greeley store was more than willing to help.

They gave me a new router but not set an appointment and I'm not going back out there to set another appointment I'm not going to get my phone through Xfinity horrible customer service.

You can just walk in, but I would make an appointment. The wait can be ridiculous.
I pay 58.88 for the 150 mbs package. Price never changes and I game as well as stream movies on this with multiple devices connected and I have no problems at all.
If it's a new phone it may be catching up on what it missed while it was on the shelf.
