They are trying to rip me off too. Sent me a bill 10x what it was supposed to be. No exaggeration. They're crooks.
Well, interesting as I have found quite the opposite. I have not had any issues with service and any issues about equipment. I beleive I get what I pay for, so I don't see the corruptness....my opinion...
We’ve had Comcast/Xfinity for years now. The only other game in town is quite a bit less but they don’t offer the speeds etc that C/X does. Good thing it’s a capitalistic society... you can always change if you’re not happy. Supply and demand. If you’re being charged more than you’re willing to pay... do without. That doesn’t make them “corrupt”. Just sayin’.
Long time customer. No issues with their service which has improved recently. They compete well with 1 Gig service from Loveland fiber utility.
We’ve been very happy with Xfinity broadband and with the cell service, which we recently switched from another carrier. We had cable with Comcast years ago and were not pleased with the customer service, but the company has really improved since then. We don’t use cable nowadays.
