Nice place to live. Clubhouse and community garden. New buildings seem close to being finished.

Well kept, well maintained. A very clean place to live. Excellent management. Lots of residence activity, hikes, movies in clubhouse. Barbecues, trips to local shopping stores. All around awesome place to live.

Yes, at least some of them are. Also, one building is reserved for veterans.
