Supposed to be a non smoking community but my kids room constantly smells like cigarettes. 2 out of 3 windows had a 1/4 inch gap that was caulked and Supposed to be replaced in "a few weeks" its been 2 months. The main bathroom door did not latch closed for over a month after reporting the issue so I had to fix myself. There is exposed tack stripping from the carpet that my 2 year old has stepped on several times and has bled from it. Dog feces on the stairs when we were moving in that ruined a new pair of shoes and all over the front of my building as well.. very disappointing for how expensive it is to live here. Will not be re-newing out lease and would not recommend
