The two women working the appliance department today one of them said she typically works in the paint. They were awesome helpful spent time with us didn't make us feel rushed. We bought several appliances and a chainsaw. Thank you ladies for your kindness and professionalism

Since we moved to Northern Colorado in May, I have been very underwhelmed--even thoroughly angered--by the poor customer service and all aspects of staffing (that are obvious to customers like me) at the Lowe's in Loveland. But--after all the problems my husband and I have had with online ordering through this Lowe's store--we were shocked by the prompt and accurate delivery of our decking today. Quite frankly, this was the first online order this store has accurately picked for us. And the in-store associates of this store could learn a lot about professionalism and customer service from the driver--a woman--who delivered our decking.
