If you're not paying attention to the reviews, don't say you weren't warned. Applied for a unit, waited for days to hear anything back and then after I finally heard back, there was always issue after issue which prevented me from moving forward. They then claimed they couldn't reverse my application fee, when they could have mailed me a check. I finally gave up and applied at a different apartment complex and am much happier. Watch, they'll respond and say "sorry, we tried to work with you." It's all a scam.

DO NOT DO IT! Seriously go anywhere else but here! I moved out in Jan and still dealing with issues on my move out letter. Management is impossible to get ahold of. ALSO keep receipts if you pay the office! I wish I could put zero stars!

I love living here. The one suggestion I have is about communication - I think it could be better, as in the recent water issues. I think it would have been helpful if you had put out information about what was going on and what was being done about it instead of letting the rumor mill give out information. Thanks for all you do! As an update, I think that the communication and attempts to enhance resident relations have been excellent . I have really appreciated the notices about events, and the social events! I recently had issues with my washing machine and I was very appreciative of the help I got from the office and maintenance staff Appreciate the nice looking blinds and Kens attention to detail

This place is TERRIBLE. RUN! From here. The New manager is horribly rude and condescending to the tennats here. The walkways In the stairs are always dirty and vomited on or caked with food. Possibly even urine. Nothing maintenance wise gets handled at all. Tennant safety here isn't a priority one bit. High turnover staffing- the maintenance people do nothing really. Pretty sure they are just renting out to anyone at this point- I am contemplating a better business bureau letter. From the other visitors and residents that I have talked to, this is an ongoing issue. Many elderly people live here and are treated as trash getting stuck in apartments and have issues with the elevator. How is that safe? 97 years old and stuck due to a broken elevator? Yes, the BBB will be hearing from me- They need to fire the current manager and staff. It's like a reality show gone bad in the office and the neglance will soon cost the business money or a lawsuit-
