use to love this place. took my company fleet vehicles all the time. Then the problems started just recently. first they didn't tighten an oil filter all the way and when i told them they really weren't concerned. Decided to give them another shot so i stopped back in 3 times at two of those times i was told they didn't have the filter for the f150 and the last time i was told they didn't have oil.. sad!! a oil change company that doesn't have oil! I've had my company take them off of our maintenance list now.

Looked at truck position over the pit. Asked tech that checked me in and he stated they didn't check gear boxes. When I checked out he ran through line items and said all had been checked. I questioned how they checked the rear since the plug is on the back of the housing and the rear axle was three feet behind the pit. He stated the tech said he did. Have used Jiffy Lube for my vehicle and work vehicle for 20 years. Never again. Do not like being lied to.

Wow... Unfortunate indictment of the American education system here but what do you expect when the employees tattoo their iq on their forearms. I made a special trip here too utilize a discount card I purchased to support a local high school athletic team. After the guy at the front desk recommended 2 different incorrect types of oil, if I would have let him put in what he recommended it would have done damage to my vehicles engine. Fortunately I am smart enough to know. After they finished, and I knew they did a half hearted job, the guy at the register then refused to let me utilize my discount card. To top it off my car began to leak on my driveway so I took it to a different jiffy lube and not only was the plug not tightened properly the filter was loose and leaking as well. I guess when you staff your shop with GED candidates who probably believe that Hillary Clinton eats babies that's what you are going to get. Don't get me wrong not a Hillary fan just smart enough to know she doesn't kill and eat children in satanic rituals. For the sake of your vehicle find a better shop. Hard to believe you have to say that about oil changes... That's like saying don't get your windshield wipers installed at that autoparts store because they are not smart enough to get them on correctly and they all end up falling in the road the first time it rains. Lol!
