Hate to leave a bad review, but we've experienced nothing but major issue after major issue since moving in. On top of this, the landlord and head of maintenance are nearly impossible to reach or work with. Melody and Adrian in the office are just about the only positives here. -bug infestations -major heating and cooling issues -flooding -mold -black goop rising from the sinks -bad management -AC leaking water all over the floor -widely unresponsive to any of the above issues I'd love to change this review if and when we actually receive assistance, but I'm on voicemail #3 this week alone, and that has not happened yet. Edit: We have mice now too. This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Disgusting.

A beautiful and secure place you can call home. Variety of diverse units and suites come with options to suit your needs. The location is perfect and in proximity to shopping malls, dog parks and I can go bike-riding on the trails with my little dog. These suites are contemporary and charming. Management is always making sure property is very well-maintained and clean. Automatic lighting across the entire property ensures security and comfort. I have been a tenant here for 5 years and I’m delighted in my experience with such nice people and personable and professional management.

Nothing but great things to say about Loveland Apartments & Suites! Sadly, I was only able to live here for one year due to COVID-19 but it is hands down the best place that I have ever lived. Melody, the Office Manager, is so helpful and sweet with any questions you may have and is always willing to help out. It's in a perfect location, very close to everything in Loveland. I highly recommend living here, you will not regret it!
