I got billed for two months of service. Have had service with them for 6 years. It clearly shows in my account that was ery month has not been late and has been paid.. I am still getting charged twice for one month. I am beyond furious.

Go back in but it is NOT the employees here fault this happened its likely an error in the system they do not controk the system. Honestly I'd call and demand to speak with a supervisor over customer service.
