I was in a fury. Flat tire, already late to work and not much money to buy a brand new tire. I pulled in and was helped immediately on top of great customer service. He gave me a deal on a tire and it was a barely used tire!!!!! I would recommend this place to everyone....

I had a blowout and just purchased brand new tires that were not cheap. I called Ortiz tires and spoke to Eddie who told me they had my size and quoted me an excellent price. I showed up and they installed and balanced the tire for the exact price he gave me no questions asked I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. His guys operated like a pit crew in a NASCAR race. I visit San Francisco often from Los Angeles and now I certainly know I will be going across the bay anytime I need tires regardless of the drive. These guys are the real deal.
