On 8/6/2022 I was assisted by AT&T employee Shmeek at the Oakland, CA AT&T store on Lakeshore. Shmeek opened a new account for me and set up an iPhone for my elderly mother. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a lovely personality. I’m so grateful for his help because it was important that I get this phone activated as soon as possible. AT&T is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.

Theirry customer service is outstanding !!! & so is the gentleman that helped me out last week I forgot his name but thank you guys for helping me receive my new phone setting it up for me (: I love this store location it’s in a nice area .

I was on the phone for at least two hours talking to AT&T tech-support about an email problem. The first person was not able to help me. There were a couple of things they should have been able to take care of on their end but did not. The second person could not help me and said I needed to go to a store. I came to the Lakeshore location and John helped me through the entire process. I truly appreciated his help/patience. Because of him, my email is up and running now. Thank You John.
