I used Park & Fly this past week for my trip and it was great. It was easy to find, easy to get in, the shuttle was quick to meet me at my car.... The return trip was great too - I called for the shuttle, the system was automated, and the shuttle was quickly there. I must have waited all about three minutes which is perfectly reasonable. I believe the driver's name was Rocky and he was nice and helpful. I would surely use Park & Ride again.

First time using Park N Fly instead of just parking at the airport. My wife is always telling me to ‘use the app!’ So this time I did some research, and was happy I did. Prices are decent, within 1 dollar of their competitors. The shuttle is very fast, and drivers are courteous and polite. I travel with 5 of us total, three kids and then my wife and I. So we have a bit of luggage to say the least. Great service, very helpful. On our way out, I left my glasses in our car ( kinda need those) and I had to go back, while the fam got through security. I told the driver, and he dropped me off at my car, swung over an isle to pick up another customer, and then came back to get me. Didn’t add more than 10 minutes to my time. Awesome. On the way back, we were in a shuttle full of adults, and he dropped us off at our car first, as it was 10 pm. I was very thankful he did that, as the kids were in need of some leg stretching. I will use them again, no matter which airport I fly out of.

Always have had a good experience at Park N Fly Oakland. Shuttles pick you up instantly and don't need to fill up before driving the mile to the terminal. When you land, call or text the number and shuttle arrives in 5-10 minutes, if one isn't already there. I recently had an issue with their website not generating my reservation emails correctly, and with corporate phone system also down, the Lot Manager Hung Ly was very helpful and excellent in figuring it out and ensuring my reservation was placed correctly and that I could access it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable per day. The shuttles run constantly (every 10 minutes) so you do not have to wait long for a ride to or from the airport. The lot is very close to the airport, so the ride is very quick. I like the frequent parker program and perks it offers.

$12 per day for uncovered parking and $17 per day for covered parking. I think you get one free day for every seven paid.
Yes they have
Shuttle service poor, uneven and rude. The manager first refused to even talk about the complaint with me and when he finally got on the phone hung up as soon as I told him that I was dissatisfied. The guy driving the van with the license number TCP006516 on 8/6/18 at 12:15 AM was exceptionally rude.
It is the time of arrival for leaving the lot. I usually give myself 1.5 hours extra from my flight time in case of small delays.
About a mile and there is a very fast shuttle van.

They do honor a few different discounts such as AAA, military, and a couple of others. Price will vary on day of the week. Because I park there so often i have received many comp days.

They all charge those ridiculous fees... Sorry I don't know what they're for. I do know it's WAY cheaper to book online, and you can cancel right up to your arrival time and get a full refund. If you create an account, you will get special offers by email too.
They generally charge on a daily basis. There is a premier parking package which is paid monthly for regular parking. Info is on the website for this service.
I've used that lot several times and never had a problem. There's always someone on duty.
The bus driver usually comes to your parking spot to pick passengers up

I am not sure. We tried to sign up for the frequent parker card twice and never received it in the mail. I tried to download their app but I dont thinks its available for Droid.
