I haven’t bought a car in over 10 years so I had my guard up. The moment I walked in I was greeted and the person I been working with through e-mail was notified. Joey was amazing! No hassle but was every informative when it came down to purchasing. I was able to finance through them at a pretty good rate. John in finance got me in and out. Easy process glad I choose to buy through them.

I just leased an ID4 and Omar helped me. Omar was super communicative, friendly and easy to interact with. I never felt pressure. The dealership itself looks pretty rough, especially after having been a BMW customer for years, but the service was great.

I purchased a CPO car there a while ago. The sales experience was ok, but I have become increasingly dissatisfied with my experience as time goes on. There were some issues with the car when I purchased it (sun roof shade broken, etc.) We discussed them at the time, but I was told the dealership refused to fix them before the sale, but the CPO warranty would cover them. They didn't mention the copay and multi-day requirement associated with those visits. I was also sold a VW service warranty in finance due to the "high service costs." When I first took the car in to use this warranty, I was told that the first service had expired just a month after I purchased the car. It was therefore never usable by me. I have called the dealership multiple times to discuss this, but have never received a call back. TLDR: Lies during the sales process, Undisclosed extra costs, bad customer service. Edit/Update: After my review, the GM reached out to me to correct the issues. He was very understanding and helpful in getting me a refund for the unusable portion of my service contract. I wish this could have been resolved sooner, but I really appreciate his help in correcting this.

This is a review for their used car buying experience. I coordinated for an appointment to finalize a true car offer (where i provided vin and vehicle info). I spoke to person on the phone to choose an appointment time. I left work early and drove to the appointment, got there on time. After checking out the car and me waiting inside i was informed they DON'T BUY MY TYPE OF VEHICLE. This should have been caught when getting true car offer, when on the phone discussing vehicke details, or even when i first arrived. Sell your car to a more competent dealer that values your time.

Yes they provide Lyft back to your home or work only and if they have loaner cars available they can provide one if you like
Call Oakland Volkswagen...they're friendly, courteous and professional.
Yes you can if you are taking your car in for service.. EXCEPT THE PRICE! And be wary.. Not that affordable!
