Purchased our 1st home after renting here for 2 years. Took me a while to make that decision because I wanted to make sure I liked my neighbors, the office and maintenance staff. I can't say enough about how wonderful Jerri and Jeff are. Anything I've ever needed they made sure I received it, timely. Even once on Thanksgiving day. My street is quiet and peaceful. These 2 employees deserve the most heartfelt kudos. Thank you for being so human about everything. It's important to someone like me.

Very unhappy with multiple problems and concerns. Couldn’t leave it blank so I’m a just leave it at that. Just never underestimate yourself know if you can afford a manufactured home brand new or partially new go for renting a actual home or buying one they cost just as much you can call your own with minimal restrictions and unnecessary fees and your own space.
