This place is ok. My only complaint is it is starting to get expensive for lot rent. Each year the rent goes up. Update= The park is letting more renters move in and there are problems. People are starting to leave trash at the curb longer than should be allowed . Complaints are sometimes ignored.

Please explain how while the rental fees have increased, the pool is closed and green? The bocce court is closed for “repair”? The grass has not been cut?

Been 28years there. Nice community, folks are nice but Trees are dying though all over and you are suppose to take them down on a rented property. They planted them and they should be responsible. Looking into this matter now.with 2 dead trees on my lot.Rents go up crazy every year you pay lot rent , water, sewer utilities off nothing hardly used facilities never used pool taxes high Started out 250.00 a month now well over 700.00 plus mortgage. under qualified park managers. Grasses and triming not well maintained anymore

The actual lot rent is approximately $400. I know that seems high but there's a lot of perks at this park like free golf for residences tennis courts rec room with pool table ping pong table and many many activities including bocce ball shuffleboard pickleball. Perfect place for people who love Community stuff, Bridge Club Euchre Club pool aerobics, Wii bowling,
Everything is covered in the HOA, which is based on town assessment and some fixed costs for common areas.
Well Im a garbage truck driver and I do Gypsy mills but I dnt know the prices but I know it's a couple trailers on sale and it's room over there for more trailers tho. So call the office and I Kno they will have more awnsers that can help u!
I don't think there's a weight limit. I've seen greyhounds, and one lady had a bull mastif. There are restrictions on certain breeds, such as pit bulls, German sheperds, etc. A border collie should not create a problem.
I believe you would go to Gypsum Mills and pick from the companies they have to offer, but I would ask.
Dogs are allowed. You cannot fence in your yard if that's what you are asking, but a lot of people have small fences around gardens and such. Dogs cannot be just let out in the yard.
