End Human rights violations
Hell on earth!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!Absolutely the worst trailer park in Monroe!!! The new owners are on a power trip and are trying to create a dictatorship out of a nice community. Constant human rights violations and are under investigation by state for the things they are doing. Rent doubled over the last year and now residents are not allowed to use the yards they over pay for. Hopefully the state will take over this park to protect it's residents. Terrible place to raise children due to the fact that they hate kids and won't even allow them to play outside.

Depends on if you have pets. They will cost you $15 more a month. If you want one of the newer trailer so you have to pay a lease 2 years and that depends on the trailer if you want an answer go to the office or call them
People get evicted out of there all the time I'm sure something will come up bring some rat traps
You can always drive around inside a ride a bike and look to see if there's any homes for sale I'm sure there's always a few
They have recently been pulling out old trailers and they will soon be putting new ones in their place. They do lease these on a two-year lease. But I'm pretty sure that it's not a rent-to-own deal. And of course they're all up as a choice to lease or buy. so by this spring there should be several new ones brought in.
