Lived next door to IHM for 8 years. Was beautiful place years ago, still beautiful. Went to a couple funerals there. Had a few Sisters that were neighbors and AZ couple that passed away. Went to funeral at the Motherhouse. Beautiful experience.

My mom works at Ihm. She said they probably wouldn't help assisting but you should try monroe DHS for medicaid and then give ihm a call.
I had the best experience with the all the staff! Aides, PT, Nurses, Dr and support personal! Everyone I had contact with was upbeat and caring!
There are volunteers who can do them if you call ahead to schedule.
The small parking lot by the back door is usually empty. So the walk would be about 30-50 feet.

Yes, it is. The IHM Sisters repossessed the building in the late 1990s, and sold it again in 2005, but the senior housing inside has continued to operate. As of 2017, the developer who owns it plans to renovate the building.
