The line for the drive thru was out in the street. We sat for at least 25 minutes. The lady in front of us, walked up to the door. The gentleman inside told her they were closed. All of the lights were on. Inside and outside the building. There was nothing to indicate they were closed. Very sad experience and a huge waste of time.

For some odd reason, you cannot go in to order. Drive thru was slow so I decided to go elsewhere. It says dine in but apparently not at this location.

These certainly do not look like a Power Bowl to me… I called to politely let them know about this mistake and I was hung up on because they “did not have time for this” how disappointing :(

Staff employee not willing to be helpful with suggestions for value pricing for items ordered. I.e taco box with 12 tacos. We were charged just under $4 for each 6 tacos to put diced tomatoes on them. Total of just under $8.00. Added to the cost of 18.00. That's about $ 26.00 for 12 regular tacos==price gouging!?? This was unethical especially to the age group you are marketing. This group is also generally making lower wages. Please step up your game to fair price for good food??
