We recently moved to Hampton Apts. The management here are prompted to take care of any issues. Owners we are happy with the staff and maintenance. As seniors we have to share how wonderful it is here. People are respectful and it's quite at night to get some good zzzs. We love the little studio that's just right for a college student or senior that would love to downsize and take care of a smaller apt. We don't feel crowded with the vaulted ceiling. The whole apt complex is inviting for a walk with the surrounding various landscapes that make it a joy to walk down to the Delta Coney. What fun; for young and old. We are happy to call Hampton Apts our home. 🤗

Tried leasing here. Paid the 100$ on the 27th of September for the application fee and wasnt followed up with at all during the whole process. I placed a call Oct 3rd to check my status as I was told it would take 24-48 hours to process but I had waited a full week at that point. I was told the girl in charge was sick and would be back Oct 10th. No problem I thought. Well I waited until today to call them myself (again) 0ct 12th, 3 weeks and 1 day away from when I had applied, just for them to tell me I was denied for credit. What a waist of time and money.

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood set far enough back for that country feeling while also walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd need. The employees, from office to maintenance are genuinely very nice people, quick to respond with very fast response time 24/7 to ER situations.

First you must be a resident. Seco day you are not allowed without supervision. There is no lifeguard.
Call the office and they will take your work order.
Thank you for your interest in Hampton apartments, we do allow pets, you can have up to two. We also offer washer dryer hook ups in our three bedroom ranch and we have laundry facilities on the property if you choose a one or two bedroom. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions.
Sadly no even for handicapped. No section 8 allowed as far as I know.. as for following disabilities act..that's a No. The only ramps or railings are those that tenants must purchase and only maintenance can install .
