They have pets in a no-pet building, and all you smell is cat feces and piss, only if you can get past the smell of weed on a daily basis. Heat and hot water has been out for two days, but management is nowhere to be found, and it is the weekend!! Front door lock stays broken and lock on laundry room has been broken for months!! We will not get any rental concession for having to live elsewhere while heat and water is out. Property managed by Elite Property Management and owned by Shelbourne Development...Do not waste your time with this one!!

I've lived at this apartment for almost a year. I cannot wait until my lease is up. The noise level at this place is ridiculous, it seems like I'm the only tenant who works. Though I have complained multiple times nothing at all has been done to address the excessive noise. This place is for people who have multiple children and do not mind constant noise. So please if you are looking for peace do not move here look elsewhere.

I drove all the way from flat rock Michigan to visit these apartments today on May 10 2016 and they talked to me through an intercom system at the door (they didn't let me in) and told me they're walk in hours were over at 3 which the website said nothing about. I am pissed and I wasted my time and gas to be talked to through an intercom by some rude I'm sure angry black woman. But hey as far as I can see it wasn't worth the drive or her attitude anyway. Don't waste your time with this place !!!!
