TERRIBLE!!! RUDE!!!! Needs to be shut down! I wouldn’t take my dog here. They got new staff at the reception desk from when I was kid. Im 27 now and my mom use to take us here all the time. Seems a lot has changed. Customer service is just disgustingly RUDE! If you don’t like people, DO NOT GET INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE or any job dealing with people alday. All I needed was a copy of my shot records! Geesh. There was no reason to be rude.

THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND THE RECEPTIONIST FOR THE DOCTOR NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!THE PHARMACIST IS DESPICABLE! I CALLED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND 2 OTHER PLACES ON THEM!!!
