This place is really only good if you have no other option, it's not anymore cheaper than moving anywhere else with all the fees, no pool, just don't waste your money and time moving here.

The carpets in the building are never cleaned, there's still the same pool of vomit stain there was an entire year ago, people let their dogs use the bathroom anywhere and don't pick it up, cars have been hit and run, catalytic converters stolen, and every morning there is crack heads digging through the dumpsters for recyclables.

vop is ok but not the best for their prices.. I honestly cant wait until my family moves out of their. they control your heat and will have it hot as hell not good for people especially babies and animals. these 8 months need to fly by for my fam.

I'm not sure but it all depends if your on the ground level my father stays there and if I'm not mistaken he pays upwards towards 900+ but he's been there 4 alot of years I want to say each year the rent increases so even a 1 bedroom upper level might be more but you don't wana live there everything is outdated God help you if you need maintenance and the garbage situation gets way outa hand and like I said my father has lived there for over 10 years and now it's similar to where I stay in the hood I'm used to the things that happen where I'm from because I was raised in it its normal to me but when you live in Southgate and people are shooting and the same things that you shouldn't be exposed to are happening there this will probably get deleted for shedding light on the negative things goin on there but im just being honest so hopefully you can find a better suited place to call home if you can iknow these days is very hard to get a place but im just trying to look out for the people
