DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!! Literally the worse experience I have yet to have, maintenance comes in whenever nobody ever need permission. My FUR COAT was stolen out of my home! My diamond chain was stolen out of my home! All during a “ routine furnace check “ was performed by maintenance! Now my valuable got legs and walked away. Tracey in the leasing office was absolutely horrible , terrible attitude! She was nonchalant about the situation, no compassion, didn’t even ask questions. Just asked me to write a statement. Asked her how long for an update, what’s the next steps etc ??!! She was bothered by my concerns of MY THINGS BEING STOLEN and performed the absolute bare minimum of support! Literally the worse experience! DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT

The staff is fantastic and on point here. The property is always clean. Pretty quiet place. I love calling the office. Always get a good laugh with the girl up there.

Maintenance has been here 3x in regards to my 19 year old refrigerator. The last time out tape was applied to the inner door frame for added suction ??? That didn't work so well, I was home when the door eased open. I reached out to Corporate and I'm still waiting for a response. I have photos. In the meantime I'm securing the door with my tool chest, I cannot babysit a refrigerator.
