I want to thank all three different managers over the last 8 years for taking care of me and my children's townhome in building 7. I have never waited more than 2 to 3 days tops for anything to be replaced or fixed. My air conditioner went out today while I was out and when I reported it to them rental office manager they brought me a portable until they're able to replace the one that has blown out!! Truly I appreciate and I'm so thankful for Samanta, and their maintenance staff for always listening to my concerns and taking action!! 💙💙❤️❤️. Love Sharon & Layla Harajli.

Well i lucked out on living at a corner townhome faceing a field. Neighbors are quiet nice. neighborhood, staff is very polite. Never had any issues with them. The only kind of con i can think of is the thermostat is in the downstairs area and the heater is upstairs so makes the upstairs a lot hotter and downstairs a lot colder. It's cheap and maintenance is on top of things over there.

There's an extra fee but Yes!!
Not on the low income housing that I know of. We paid around 720 for a 2 bedroom. They are decent and usually on top of things
