Corey had great customer service and was nice, he really helped us out! Thank you! :) However, Gabriela, the supervisor was really rude and was rushing me to speak and I had to tell her to calm down because of her attitude. She had the nerve to get mad at ME when she should get MAD at the MAIL MAN for delivering it incorrectly. A supervisor is supposed to be nice and listen and understand where a customer is coming from. I heard her huff and puff throughout our call and getting irritated, which caused ME to be irritated. I didn't really feel comfortable. At the end she was nice though!

My package was delivered to the wrong mailbox. After 2 trips to the Monroe post office, a very helpful woman called me back with answers: they know where my package is and will be delivered to my mailbox by the end of the next day. Fine. Two days later, no package :( I then called the number from the post office to explain my situation and was talked to in a very rude manner with an bad tone. I don't care what she does (opens mail once a week when she doesn't work) most people open packages as soon as they come. Carol has terrible customer service, I wanted to hang up but was afraid she would take my package!! Shame on her talking to a customer like that. All I want is my package...isn't that their job...

Over the years everyone that works at this post office always has been helpful and it’s always with a smile 😊. Are they trained this? Maybe it’s just a great place to work. Great job 👏 🌺

Jane at the front desk was extremely polite and more than helpful. Although there was a long line soon before close, an employee came from the back and did her best to accommodate everyone. Unsure of how reliable carriers are as I’m not a resident but a pleasant experience vs other usps locations.

Yes, scan your qr code and bring it to one of the tellers.
No you need to
Goto the station closed today though
Contact the Utility Company and make sure they have your address down properly. Make sure your carrier can get to your mailbox. If you have moved, make sure you have filled out your change of address form. Good luck.
No. Only Amazon packages are delivered on Sunday.
Like everywhere, staff has been cut to a minimum. They probably are working the counter waiting on customers. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences with them throughout the years
Contact your post office with your tracking number and receipt information. That should not happen. I ship from Monroe to NC and TX and have never had a problem.
You will be able to walk into the post office lobby for self serve, but the retail counter and delivery will be closed to observe the holiday.
Depends on the service you choose. Overnite, 2 or 3 day. Or Parcel Post, several days.
