Like everywhere, staff has been cut to a minimum. They probably are working the counter waiting on customers. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences with them throughout the years
I actually kept getting bounced around to different offices. Like new York lol. The people at our office are amazing
