Quality Inn near University of Mobile

Clean bed, bathroom and flooring. Some flooring, paint and furniture updated since my last visit. Good breakfast for Quality Inn price point. Hot chocolate/cappuccino machine and grits are nice options most Quality inn properties don't offer. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient to dining, shopping and interstate.

First of the beds are so uncomfortable and lumpy. And falling apart. Secondly I had a card on file for incidentals witch clearly at the time of check out there where none. . It's been 3 days now and my card was just now pinged 3 times for a tried charge from quality in. .thank God I didn't have any money on it... I called them to ask what the charges wher for and the lady said she had charged for damages and when I asked what damages she said she would have to ask the maid . -_- there where. No damages if ANYTHONG IT WAS THEIR BEDS FALLING APART ANYONE WHO BEEN THERE WOULD AGREE

Positive: The evening host on the front desk. Breakfast was nice. Negative: Yes my grandkids mistakenly forgot a red beach bucket full of shells and sand they found themselves on the beach. I called back the same day and every day since. Each person I've spoken with says no one has found them. Not a honest place to stay.

Positive: Nothing it was horrible Negative: The hotel was disgusting. There was food under the bed when we first walked in, it was hot and smelly, and the comforters were stained. There were roaches in room where the ice machine was. We hated our entire stay and wanted to sleep in our car.
