I personally do not like this park. My brother lives there and it's very loud all hours of the day and night, people blare their music and drive really fast so you have to make sure your kid stays out of the street because they will get hit. You also have to make sure any of your kids toys such as their bikes are locked up because my nieces bike has already been stolen 3 times. And that trailer park has a real bad problem with bed bugs. I just wanted to give you all of the bad facts that way you know what you're getting yourself into. As for the pools most of the time they're closed down for maintenance and the playground is not a safe place for kids because there are a lot of really bad troublemakers that live in that park. I wish you the best of luck with whatever you decide.

They are terrible don't do background checks don't maintain the roads or streetlights and recently sent a letter they are going to charge $13.00 a month for trash pickup. There are well over 300-400 homes between the two parks so that's outrageous.

Don't know the actual names but the elementary middle and high schools are right outside of the exit from westbridge on Card Road.. My girls have all graduated so I didn't have to locate schools.. Hope this help a little bit.

I have lived here previously and we had a water leak that completely drove our bill up. We fought tooth and nail for reimbursement on this and ended up getting it taken off our total monthly rent months after the issue. Definitely report any water leaks IMMEDIATELY.

I believe there is also a one time, non refundable pet deposit if you are renting. I think they say they technically have size restrictions... but those are not enforced. I've seen great Danes in here, as well as other large breeds

Actually they are very credit friendly. I have 2 friends who live there and as long as you dont have any felonies or previous evictions you will be fine. The girl who works the office is named Brittany and is very nice. She does her best to make everyone happy. Its actually a real nice place overall.

The main problem is the speeders and people passing cars that are going the speed limit. The traffic is not backed up as far as I have ever seen. But the speeding and road rage is ridiculous! Something needs to be done about that before thinking about restructuring the roads. Ive been passed and flipped off and screamed at on multiple occasions for doing the speed limit.

Don't move here, management sucks. Do nothing but lie. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Fair Housing Commission. They told us one lie after another when we were trying to sell our home. Tried to scam us out of $12,000.
