Always good to my mom & brother & MySelf , few good nabors , new management that's improveing the park , looking nice ! All the girls in the office always are always nice to me and my brother. Rent went up but I see them working on the pool and they make everyone keep there places clean.

I don’t believe they are. The Macomb one is owned by mega corp Sun Coomunities.
It all depends really but my lot rent is in the $549.00 and it goes up pretty much every year and if you have a dog that's a $20.00 extra fee but I might I've been in the park for years.

My lot rent is 500/month I own my trailer Wich costs me an additional 300/month and don't forget water bill. Mine average about 80-130 a month
Yes there is it's a $25 fee per month. If your Leasing you can have up to one domestic pet if you are buying you can have up to 2 what's 25 / animal
