Some really great homes, sensible floor plans, good prices, choice to go modular and green and has land-home packages. I do wish there was a wider ability to more land. All in all Clayton is a great place to find a home.

This place is a joke. My mom paid in full for her house. The roof has leaked three times within the first year and a half. It leaked the first time it rained. They came and “fixed it”. Guess what? Few months later it leaked again. Third time was a year later. Surprise surprise they said it wasn’t there problem. So now she has to go through her insurance company to get it fixed. I would understand if it was five plus years old. But brand new? C’mon. Please stay away from this company and don’t make the same mistake we did. BTW this is the one in Richwood, Ky.

Do you have land that these homes can be purchased and put on? 1-2 acres
I don't think that Clayton homes will be getting this... you have to write them directly. But I've seen used manufactured homes on their property, not sure if they're selling them though.
