Everyone there are friendly and helpful. They helped me select my first bike and never tried to steer me into buying a more expensive one. Their focus was strictly my safety as a new rider and selecting a bike that fit my needs as a beginner but versatile enough that I wouldnt grow out of it in a year. Decent store, employees a bit standoffish until you drop a couple hundred dollars, even then the only one to actually talk to you is the female sales associate, she seems quite pleasant once she starts talking to you. Same as any specialty store though as far as prices, they are a bit expensive, but you are talking about leathers and quality items for the most part.
