The worst service ever u will have they dgaf abt u ur life anything whenever temperature will rise to 90 your AC will stop working most unprofessional staff and if u r late in paying rent they will charge u 100$ per day but when it comes to u something broken or ur AC stopped working someone will come after a week and will fix it temporarily and it will stop working again in some days worst service u will ever experience.

This whole apartment complex is a joke. Management and maintenance have been a revolving door. We have put in requests for out front windows that leak like a waterfall when we have heavy rain in the summer. They have patched a hole in our bathroom above the shower twice now and another has formed breaking through the celling. Every time they came to fix it (the one of many different maintenance individuals) they would say that they couldn't find the leak, yet its happened over and over again. They only replaced the living room and hallway carpet when we moved in (the bedrooms had old carpeting.) We had the hot water heater go out twice within a year, once in the winter (last about a week, we had to boil water on the stove for baths or take a cold shower.) Instead of replacing the water heater they ordered a "part" that last about 4 months before it went out again (while company had been staying with us--1 year old nephew) and we had to boil water for baths for 5 days before they finally, actually replaced the entire water heater. Their literal advice to us when we asked what we were supposed to do when the hot water went out regarding my one year old nephew was "Well... you could boil some water." The front door is always locked and anything you order is always tossed/left outside because they don't have a key to get in (UPS, FedEX, Amazon--etc.) The pool was opened for a few months when we got here and was closed for almost 4 years (we moved here in 2018--almost 2 years before COVID--so at least two summers it had been closed.) Our 1! washer and dryer units have gone out multiple times--most of us have to go to the laundromat. As far as I am concerned, out building should be condemned. We cannot leave fast enough. But I am sure they will fight us on everything (what else is new.) Channel 7, where are you?

I lived here for one year ago and just moved out a month ago. My deposit was 1200$. My whole building was flooded and every apartment on the first floor was damaged carpet ext. I cleaned everything by time I moved out and they charged me 500$ to clean the carpet, clean the fridge? This was my first time renting and I took a video of when I left and everything was the same when I moved in. I’m getting a lawyer and taking them to civil court because this isn’t the first time this has happend. Look somewhere else they’re going to take your deposit either way it goes

I lived at this apartment complex for four years and they gave me nothing but problems. The management company changed hands 3 times while I lived there, they never fixed any problems I had nor did they ever even return my phone calls. I was never late for my rent, always the good tenant but when it came time to move out they added thousands of dollars in charges to my move out and sent it to collections without allowing me to contest it (due to Covid). They also claimed my move in check list had been "lost". Willow Creek Apartments management are extremely unprofessional and have zero class when it comes to customer service, the people they have working for them are just as garbage as the apartments themselves. I highly recommend you choose another place to live.

YES I WOULD LOVE THAT. They got a new manager in here. She will yell at you. She yelled at me saying she going to sue me Bc I ask to take the late fee off. And she got nasty with me big time. And I did not yell or swear. And the reason why I ask to have the late fee taken off. Was due to the fact it took them close to 2 months to fix my problem. And when they fixed it. They wanted me to pay them that same day. I live in apartment E21. I’m still interested. Do we have enough people
My basement flooded all my things are ruined my garbage disposal is broke and my screendoor is broke its been broke since i moved in in jan 2018 i am ready to leave here my basement smells as well all my things in the basement is ruined
They do have 3 bedroom townhomes. I'm not sure about third party payments tho. I don't believe they take section 8. The townhomes start at 1325, 2 bedroom apartments are 1050, and 1 bedroom is 980.
Yeah it's pretty quiet. We stay in a two bedroom near the front tho. The office staff is hit or miss but usually they try to be helpful. If you have a dog make sure you buy waste bags they never refill the pet stations and as a result watch your step lots of dog poop left behind by lazy pet parents. Maintenance is slow but do eventually come if you follow up with the office staff often enough. You have to pay your rent in the office. No way to pay online which is behind the times but it's not that big of a deal. Pool is nice but they close it when the office closes for whatever reason. If you pay the extra fee for covered parking you have to police it yourself because the office staff doesn't really do anything about it but people usually move no problem once they realize it's your spot. It's a convenient location and if you pay your rent on time and don't mind doing minor maintenance yourself and commutating with your neighbors it's generally fine.
Employees or residents... as a former employee yes they do.
I'm paying $775 for a one bedroom. Honestly if they stopped changing managers, answered your questions, and actually helped you with maintenance issues, and had maintenance staff who actually did their job correctly. It would be worth it. And if they actually listened to your complaints it would be great too. They tell you whatever they want when it comes to prices. It depends on who you are talking to.
They love nickle and diming people. If your pipes burst it's your fault, if you lose your key they charge $75. That place sucks and it's robbery plain and simple.
It's still horrible. New management stepped for about 3 weeks and that was it. They still haven't handled the 6inches of snow we got today.
Hello, At move-in you pay pro rated rent for the month and the security deposit. Thanks, Willow Creek Management
So i pay $15 extra for parking, someone takes my spot, office is closed, "security" does nothing or knows what to do. Tow company says they cant do anythong without mgt, and this is not a "emergency" which is the only after hours number....so your takimg $15 a month for what again?
