I'm not sure who I talked with on the phone last year, but they were VERY nice, VERY respectful over the phone and had no issues with sending me the information that I needed or answering the questions that I had. But! I called there just last week and the lady on the phone was just downright disgusting and rude. I could not believe the attitude and the demeanor that she displayed over the phone. Just acted like she wasn't interested in anything I said, kept cutting me off and had a VERY NASTY attitude the whole time I was talking with her...which was for no reason at all. For this reason alone, I am definitely no longer interested in renting from here. If someone like her is there managing the offices, no telling what the rest of the place is like under said management

My mom lives here and is scared to be in her own home every day. The amount of drug use is insane. Residents in all buildings they don’t even live in at all hours of the night. Harassing, peeking through windows, yelling and pounding on her door trying to get into her apt. So much more. Sad. Nothing is done about it.

I’ll Cutt straight to the issue because there is no Sugarcoating with thee experience that I’m enduring. I applied to be near to and aide to My sick and Dying mother that has resided at Wildwood Apts for over 10 years. My mothers weight is 70 pounds, skin and bones, she wasn’t eating, can’t keep food nor water down! Doctors can’t seem to find a cause. She is literally dying. I applied for a two bedroom with a Section8 voucher in which with Covid Everything is done by EMAIL, $100 deposit for assurance, upon my move and I had even transferred my DTE in which later had to disconnect. The Staff mainly Johnson lady and two others, REFUSED TO LET ME CONTACT CORPORATE, this is one of the reasons why I’m exposing my experience. Hopefully Corporate reads this because I was done so unfairly, I totally abided by protocol, maybe the fact that I have a Dissability, who knows, I swear I wish I knew. I would not want anyone to experience with a very ill Parent, Grandparent or Love one that needs care and can’t afford health services! Bottom line is I’ve been HOMELESS due to Wildwood and it’s Staff,nor have I received $100 assurance deposit! The black staff and I’m African American as well, they are unprofessional, arrogant, flat out confrontational and rude towards me during a visit with my 8 year old granddaughter whom remembers Every word of disrespect towards me (that’s recorded). I definitely do not want to reside at Wildwood Apts due to their Slum office staff. I really want to sue do to the discrimination towards me! I was at the top of the list as I explained, now the staff tells me that by my actions(requesting where I’m at on list then $100 return) I would be put back on list but at the bottom! My moms dying, all of my son and I our everything is in storage.We have been Homeless since 10-31-2021 it’s been 3months. I really thank God for sparing any additional discriminatory acts from this complex RAN BY THIS STAFF!! The complex has always been a nice place to Live, but when the people who run the place are not right tells a lot about Present and Future expectations! GOD FORBID MY MOTHER DIES TOMMOROW, I would sorely FEEL SOME BLAME TOWARDS THIS PRESENT STAFF, personally should all be FIRED. Hopefully CORPORATE/Management will soon realize How BADD THEY ARE FOR BUSINESS!!

Yes they have one bedroom units the availability is based on a waiting list yes they accept section 8 and yes you can have a kitten
