I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. Office staff is really helpful, maintenence repairs are typically completed within 24 hours, seems to be a pretty safe area. There was never any riff raff or anything at my building. I only moved out because I’m relocating for work. Tldr: It’s a nice place. Move here.

I would not recommend parkcrest to move in to the management is helpful for anything and the place is run by a slum-lord
