I have been trying to reach the property manager for months. I lived here in 2021 & I have had several emails confirming I had no balance at move out yet I continue to receive a bill. The office communication is lack luster at best. It’s a beautiful community but the administrative portion of the community was subpar prior to move in & throughout my stay. I am giving it a 1 star review in hopes that someone from the corporate office, a regional manager will see this and follow up because the onsite staff has failed. I still have photos of the apartment from move out with the apartment being in superb shape. Truthfully, cleaner than when I moved in. I was told directly by the property manger that I had no move out fees or additional charges. I paid my rent & fees monthly on time. Never missing a month & now over a year later I’m getting a random bill.

I toured rhe property looking for a place that is close to my job and other places like the beach,st John's town center and multiple shopping locations. This place was it. Rufino gave me a great tour and so happy to call this place my future home.
