Woodland Villa a very old apartment with dirty kitchen and bed room with bad smell inside the rooms. Once you move out they will take all you security deposit for no reason or may be they wanted to renovate their apartment with your security deposit. You will never get back your security deposit.

I have lived here almost 5 years and that is only because they make it so difficult for you to leave. My rent keeps rising for a sub par apartment. There have been two huge fires in 3 years, within close proximity of my apartment. My water heater has bursted and leaked into the apartment beneath me. My central air stopped working and I was left in 90 degree weather (with my child) for an entire weekend. There are holes and cracks everywhere in my apartment and this could have all been avoided if maintenance were doing their routine check-ups, which they claim. The office staff, especially Trish is pretty rude and condescending. It is pretty quiet most of the time in my building, but I can't speak for others. Gang members keep tagging our building as well. The burnt down buildings behind me still look pretty bad after a year. It's so embarrassing that I do not have company over.

Inquired about an apartment and received an email about them hiring, and I haven’t received any information regarding available units. Kinda sketchy. Edit: I have one email stating that someone would reach out to me. I was not contacted by email nor do I have any voicemails left by Woodland Villa Apartments.
