I highly recommend renting here. I moved to Michigan from Florida. That was stressful enough. Chelsea helped me throughout the whole process and is absolutely amazing. She explained everything to me, answered my million questions, just overall AMAZING. highly recommend going to see her you won’t regret it.

All apartment buildings are kind of awful (built cheap, rarely improved, except for the outside to lure people in). From my experience, management here tries to help, when it's possible. And the walls that are against other peoples apartments are soundproof enough that you're not constantly hearing your neighbors. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. And all around me are other 2 bedroom apartments. Which, some are fine, but some feel like they have 6-8 people living in them. Which is less than ideal. I moved here because I needed a bigger space for my stuff and wanted to pay less than I was paying in Canton. Except, it seems like, almost all apartment buildings have furnaces and a/c that are too small for the apartment. So your DTE bill is huge (not just here, but everywhere). And the city (any city) is okay with many building offenses. I'm guessing that most apartments make enough money to pay off the city, so they look the other way. I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes and every one had a building code violation that was never acted on, or fixed by the city. My advice is - avoid apartments and rent a house. It's roughly the same price, or lower. I'm editing this - if Google lets me. Because the first part of my review was at least 4 years old. This place is raising rents exorbitantly every year since the pandemic started (they're like - where are you going to go?). Mine was raised $100 last year. And they just raised the pet fee. My theory is - landlords are millionaires who are so jealous of billionaires that they're willing to hurt any and all to get there. The sewer lines here are awful. Only do bottled water for everything. And - showers are supposed to be relaxing. Not here. My showers take like 10 minutes and during those 10 minutes the water turns scalding hot all on its own at some point, and I'm forced to move quickly away from the water for at least a minute. So, I've been conditioned from probably the last 2 years to dislike showers, which is sad. They need to fix the sewer lines here, but it's too expensive, so they shut off the water once or twice a month to do an easy repair, instead of fixing what's really wrong. I've kept a journal of how often the water has been shut off and the dates (cause, we kinda need water, especially during a pandemic even if they decide not to call it that anymore). I don't have a problem with sound. That was a neighbor who moved out, who terrorized me (seriously, smeared weird stuff on my door - yeah, people). I have a problem with all these other things.

My experience at this community is the same as the first year I lived hear three years ago it is a very positive one. The grounds are well kept with beautiful old growth trees and also very quiet and feels safe. The neighbors are friendly and respectful The office staff what can I tell ya they are the best friendly helpful the got me into large barrier free apartment with switches door handles lower wider door and halls bathroom wider that because I am in a wheel chair. They installed extra grip handles in bath room installed new concrete ramps front rear building doors and now installing vinyl wood floors to help me get around better and safer. Thanks to Dale and his maintenance crew. Now what has your apartment complex done for you lately//////// Thank You James n - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Worst maintenance, I would possibly give negative rating if I had an option. They are keep closing maintenance request without work on it. It happened few times. Worst patio maintenance. I am not sure are they have partiality among tenants.
