YES I WOULD LOVE THAT. They got a new manager in here. She will yell at you. She yelled at me saying she going to sue me Bc I ask to take the late fee off. And she got nasty with me big time. And I did not yell or swear. And the reason why I ask to have the late fee taken off. Was due to the fact it took them close to 2 months to fix my problem. And when they fixed it. The properties are manged by Harvest Properties, but they have already been sued for a propwrty in Taylor they refused to care for so it looka line a pattern of buying properties and then not maintaining them.
Absolutely! They raised our rent without telling us, allowing us to pay incorrect amounts for months until they gave us a notice that we had a week to pay up or move out.
My AC Went Out On The 18th And No One Came Out Until The 26th. Just For Them To Tell Me They Had To Wait A Week For A Part. We’ve Gone This Entire Time With No Air And It Was Almost 100 Degrees Over The Weekend. They Also Lost My Money Order For Rent...TWICE. For The Same Month. Served Us Eviction Papers And Everything. I Literally had To Go Sit In The Office Until They Found It.

if you still need people we will join! I have been picking up several peoples dog's shit. which is fine, But the owner decided that he saw me not pick my dogs waste and fined me. This is after they tried to fine me on 5 separate occasions for having my service animal here "without papers" when they had them every time... and every time i went into the office demanded to see my folder, and found them immediately. Now they are asking cops to come in and pull us over for not using the stop signs at a 4 way stop.... but there are only 3 signs... WHOS FAULT IS THAT!!!n

Yes I would love to sue Willow Creek. Maintance is horrible. I have put in request for repairs nothing as been done. My basement window has been broken for 4 years they have never repaired. I have been been complaining since the original manager Ty left. They have 3 or 4 new managers since then and nothing gets done. I have a leaking ceiling from my bathtub since 2014 they just stopped even coming to repair it. Mold grows all over my ceiling and walls in my bathroom because there is ventilation in the bathroom it was suggested I keep the bathroom window open at all times. There so much to list i would be here forever. Just slum lords.........
Yes. The manager will yell at you. Say its her turn to talk won't let you say a word. Then when shes done i said ok my turn to talk but she would not let me saying anything. She kept interrupting me and i disnt start yelling back until i couldnt finish one sentence without her yelling in and calling me a liar. They haven't adressed about three of my work orders. Said they would clean my carpets due to the roof leaking but never have. More importantly have never fixed the leak they say a roofer has to come out. Never has. Its been 5 years now. Thankfully leaving soon thatnk you GOD.
