So i pay $15 extra for parking, someone takes my spot, office is closed, "security" does nothing or knows what to do. Tow company says they cant do anythong without mgt, and this is not a "emergency" which is the only after hours number....so your takimg $15 a month for what again?

The new management is like if you called animal control for a skunk and they replaced the skunk with a wolverine. Last manager stunk, but I'm genuinely afraid of the new manager. Matinence is okay.
Yes. The manager will yell at you. Say its her turn to talk won't let you say a word. Then when shes done i said ok my turn to talk but she would not let me saying anything. She kept interrupting me and i disnt start yelling back until i couldnt finish one sentence without her yelling in and calling me a liar. They haven't adressed about three of my work orders. Said they would clean my carpets due to the roof leaking but never have. More importantly have never fixed the leak they say a roofer has to come out. Never has. Its been 5 years now. Thankfully leaving soon thatnk you GOD
New management was ok for about 3 weeks. Now things are back to the old ways. The snow also for all of the inches we got today has not been handled as well. A girl fell walking up to the complex

Yes the maintenance crew is one of the best that they've had their and quite so many years as well as the units inside they are concentrating on the outside to make things better and they can continue to make things better
