I moved into my townhouse Jan 2020 and it has since then changed management teams. It has also changed on site help as well. The new company has changed property managers with the exception of Jenny with Conam she is amazing she attempts to handled several properties all at one time. I can send an email to Jenny and usually I get an email or call the same day even though there is no one in the front office. Jenny handles things well and if I have an issue on problem I call her directly. Other than someone being available daily I really haven't had an issue. The maintenance staff is on point as soon as I put in a request it gets handles with 24-48hrs.

My husband and I moved here October of 2020 mainly because of the location with any store you could need across the street and many options for schools within a mile or 2 mile radius. We've enjoyed our actual apartment besides always hearing our upstairs neighbor walking around or constantly rearranging her furniture but thats not really a big deal to us it's apartment living sort of expect that to a certain extent. I've had a total of 3 issues while living here and 2 of them have to do with our vehicle that we just purchased in January 2021. The 1st instance was our car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked in our assigned covered parking and whoever did it didn't even have the decency to leave any insurance info on a sticky note or to let the front office know. When we called the front office we told them about the situation and all the front office lady could say was sorry were not liable for any vehicle. The other instance was our car was broken into parked in the little loop off of Dobson. These 2 instance could've been avoided if this complex invested in some kind of security or cameras. Everyone seems to have them at there front doors/windows anyway so why not as a complex just invest or install some for the safety of the tenants? The 3rd issue I've been having is no one is EVER in the front office to help you when you need help. They hired a new person to be there yet no ones ever there. I lost my mailbox key and have contacted them numerous times and I have yet to get an email or call back. I constantly feel like I have to watch over my vehicle or feel unsafe at times so when our lease ends we'll be moving which is unfortunate because I loved this complex and it's location.

I moved out in April of 2021. It’s almost been 4 months and I have yet seen a refund of my security deposit. Nothing needs to explain my utter frustration and rage on how this is legally possible for the management to steal money from a undergraduate student like this. It just really sucks when life screws you over and this is a perfect example
