I just signed my lease and will be a resident on 6/7. I am doing this review on your leasing agent named Zion. What a bright light! She has an awesome personality! I had a few questions and concerns being as though Arizona is experiencing absurd price gouging, and she was more than happy to help! Apartment hunting is super stressful, especially in these times, but she made it so much more pleasant and smooth. And calmed my frazzled nerves.

I have lived here for 3 years. The apartments are old. I love management April Torres. Wonderful lady. Just the apartments themselves aren’t great. I have mold in my shower which caused some illnesses and skin rashes. Our air conditioner had been leaking for 2 weeks straight called maintenance multiple times no one has showed up. We have bowls sitting under our air conditioner that we have dumped over 50 times in the last 2 weeks. Cabinets aren’t real wood they are laminate and are falling apart. Everytime I call management they make up some excuse to not do there job. It’s ridiculous.
