Really nice place to live,,management are soooo nice and helpful.Maintenance very knowledge and experienced and prompt so quickly ...The other good things are Utility is paid,so no need to pay electricity,AC,or Water heater.Its all Town Houses so no worries of upstairs neighbors,no stumbling,lots of privacy .School bus goes inside the complex to drop off and pick up. Shopping centers are within your eye sight,just cross the road,,Major 2 cross roads Mesa Drive & Southren ..I wish i can live there.Way better than other HUD sites.I would give them 5 stars .

It's a section 8 community so you first have to qualify for that, and I believe there's a waiting list.
