We've only lived here a few weeks and we are so impressed with maintenance! Arturo H. came in right away and did an awesome job fixing our sink/disposal and even giving us steps for if it happens again. He assured us if we couldn't do it, to always reach out and he'd come back! Very kind, quick & helpful! He even left a "Maintenance was Here" card that explained the time and action done to our place! We've lived in SEVERAL apartments and have never had that. We love knowing that if we weren't here, there's communication!

Hi, I am a resident here at IMT Riverview in Mesa Arizona writing in to complain of the horrible treatment of staff, fly infestation throughout the vents with no help from the maintenance team to fix the issue and cockroach infestation in the grill and pool area which completely grossed me out and made me feel sick to my stomach and afraid to cook or utilize and of the outdoor facilities whatsoever not to mention the extremely rude staff as well. Constant disturbances coming from the units in the complex and no resolution has been made after making police reports and complaining to the leasing team here. I was also given a ten day notice without due process and then told to get out of the office by the building manager JC Lalinde when addressing my concerns with him in a peaceful manner. There is also frequent drug use in this community, constant property violations of animals walking without a leash and attacking other animals and wild parties at all hours of the day and night. I would like something done about this immediately as this is not whatsoever the community I hoped to reside in when choosing to sign a lease here.

Location and service are great. I've had a few service requests and each time Arturo came out without 24 hours, often within 3-4 hours, and resolved our issues quickly and kindly. The only time it took more than a day was when my dishwasher was leaking. Arturo gave us a choice of either patching the leak (the quick fix) or having a new unit installed. Since we requested service on Friday, it arrived Monday, and Arturo put in within 20 minutes. I've lived in the ASU dorms and another apartment in Tempe, both of which had me waiting days or weeks to resolve serious issues, including AC not working and a hanging light in the shower. The apartment changed management after I left, so I don't want to give them a bad name if they've changed, but the service is night and day. Kim at the front office is also super friendly and always willing to help when we've brought up concerns.

The team at IMT Riverview from the front desk to the service representatives are phenomenal. Every service request is handled with professional care and timeliness. The community is neighborly where there is always a polite engagement. Signed my second lease in the new year. Bigs thanks to the team!!!
