If you're thinking of moving here don't! I moved in July 13th to a newly renovated one bedroom. Almost everything wasn't working. Under the sink flooded, dishwasher wasn't working, dryer wasn't working, air conditioner wasn't working and flooding hallway, they also had to rehang front door! Important mail got returned due to them not having mail box keys and having to force the door open. Took 2 weeks for them to realize they had to replace mailbox door! Went to office daily to nag them and still not everything is fixed! Regretting signing year lease, move in was delayed but still tons of issues. Spent an extra $60 in utilities because of the air conditioner issues. Feels like pulling teeth to get things fixed. Employees brush off residents and their needs. Don't make the same mistake I did by choosing delano!

Thank you for being so rude to me and making it as difficult as possible to rent an apartment. Also thank you for renting the apartment I was looking at out from under me before I could return 2hr later to sign a lease. My god the reviews , the photos of cockroaches and maggots, water damage, and general slum like rental conditions for a $1500.00 price this is just appalling. Not to mention the bait and switch with the renovated model verses what you actually get {Lol they almost had me}. AND the crime, seriously, catalytic converters are being stolen right from there parking lots. Your grievous unprofessionalism and indifference toward prospective residents saved me from the nightmare which your current residents seem to be experiencing daily. I have procured a very nice place in a gated community which I would have never ended up at had it not been for the leasing staffs outright incompetence at there jobs. I’ve lived here a year now. My washing machine has been broken for coming up on two months now. Management has blown me off countless times, now including upper management and the owners of the complex. I have emailed about getting my washing machine, and my wall fixed for months just to be blown off. This complex is basically a “boujee” looking slum. it’s a joke, i have no reason to recommend it. it isn’t even affordable. delano, don’t bother responding to this. you’ve wasted enough excuses on me. post response: yall bother answering now but won’t answer calls or emails bout my broken house

Awful terrible service I call their office every other day because I am working on getting my deposit back. My Apartment was left better than it was found actually. They said they were sending me it 3 months ago. I am still waiting. My year in the complex our apartment smelt like mold or weed. I think it was caused by the water heater but they would never inspect the smell. Doors were painted so much they don't even close. Floors are wallpaper wood, I don't know how to describe. Overall not worth the price.

Roaches were there, never left. Same hole trying to get away from all the bad reviews from Sonoma Villas. Smelly, moldy, infested dive. Move. And hope you were not expecting your deposit, great at BS excuses.
