I moved in last month, and I like living here a lot better than living at The Cove apartments (Staff is rude, uncaring, infested with scorpions, , the Tamarron apartments (very rude staff) or Coral point (rude staff as well, dirty, roaches, people sleeping in cars, and I was given a different apt than the one they showed me). The place is very old school but build well, it's not the best location but it's not the worst either. When I lived in The Cove, the apartments were really nice but the people that lived there and ran it were out of control to the point where I wouldn't go outside and I'm from the Maryvale area. Here, everyone looks out for one another and is super friendly. When I move din Linda spent a good 30 min talking to me about the area, and about the complex. I have honestly never had any of the places have anyone go over anything with me. Usually it's just a quick, sign the paper, give them the money order, and get the keys. My move in experience was the best. My kids like living here a lot. They say it feels comfortable to them <3 That's what matters to me. Linda and Adrian are super nice and accommodating, they even followed up with me on my walk through report and fixed what I put down, and Linda even called to follow up with me after. The only thing I do wish is that the back gate be able to open so we aren't making U turns :) Thank you guys!

I would be careful with applying here. My husband and I were in the process of applying and a unit listed for $1,056 base rent was quoted to us as a base rent of $1,486. When we called to ask about this discrepency between the website listing and the actual quote we received, the associates we spoke to (Adrien and Linda) basically said that the website is wrong and their quote is correct. I would think the management of these apartments should be held responsible for the information on the site matching the actual prices renters will be quoted. I understand the market changes but they were completely unsympathetic to the discrepency and basically said "trust our word not our site." Which does a disservice for renters when the site is where you begin the process of seeking an apartment to rent. We were excited to potentially live here but unfortunately can't see ourselves doing business with people who can't be trusted to their word before we are even residents. It's a shame. Service was polite enough but not being transparent or taking responsibility as an associate/management for a four hundred dollar cost difference is wild to me.

If I could give any less stars I would. From the getgo I had fits getting in contact with anyone in the office. Doors even locked during business hours. Promises after promises and none of them kept. I did everything I needed to do right as soon as it was asked.. No solid responses, having to drag information out of them. Finally after trying for days, 4 days before I'm supposed to move-in the manager, Linda tells me the apartment was not going to be ready for another week. When the manager can't even keep things in order.. What hope is there. I hate leaving bad reviews and I rarely do it.. This was a complete nightmare. I was approved more than 2 weeks prior and having to quickly cancel electric and other services, try and talk to the place I'm staying because they're expecting me to be gone.. I am just at a loss for words. I wasn't even allowed to look at a unit.. Come on... The apartment mgr apologized up and down and tried to make it right and I haven't even heard from her in a week.. I'm just done. My time is important to me. Too much inconsistency and lack of organization.. I could go on and on, but I won't.

Why on earth would they have something like that? Its an apartment building not a youth center :/ the library is just a bus ride away.

Just call them and they should give u the right price
I agreed with you Sandra that's why I'm moving out on June 16.whwn we moved in the cabinets are all broken and the guy about it. His answers was!!! If they fixed it they will charge me 500 dollars. Are they stupid enough to do that. And they had lots of bugs I'm tired killing them since we moved. Maybe I spent 150 dollars to buy a bugs killer. People moving in and out for a reason. Metro on main was a bad experience for me n my 2 kids. My kids hated this apartment. To see is to believe.
No they are not and I wouldn't recommend these apartments unless you are ok with roches bed bugs and rats not to mention the poor or lack of proper maintenance
