Nice contemporary Korean food. Hot soups and savory pancakes are great. Some pretty good fried rice as well. More westernized plates and presentation as opposed to main dishes with banchan.

Smallish space so the wait time was long. Definitely do get the army soup! You'll have lots of leftovers ;)

I went here with friends for dinner. The restaurant is super noisy! We need to talk very loudly in order to hear each other’s voice. Also, they gave us a check with tip guidance on the base of adding the tax! This is super ridiculous! We only want to give the restaurant the tips based on the pre-tax price, but Toyose didn’t obey this rule at all and provide a wrong guide to clients! So finally when I arrive home I realized that I gave them almost 30% tips! I won’t go to this place any more, because it is such a mendacious lying noisy restaurant! Why Toyose hide this review?! I wrote this review to let everyone know what Toyose exactly looks like.

For sure one of the best spots I've been to in SF for some legit Korean food. They're open late and that's a huge plus on top of their already delicious food. You'll definitely find what you're looking for here and it'll be delicious. Definitely recommend coming to this spot if you're in the area and looking for some good Korean food!

Unless it's a big group, I don't think they take reservations. It's a first come first serve wait-list.
