Just stopped buy to pick up dinner and the guy behind the counter was on it. Very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about with my complicated order lol.

Shows they close at 12pm and worker insides see me at door and just ignores me and door is locked , I called to just confirm and no answer. All they had to say was they closed early instead of ignoring me

Ordered over the fone got there and the person at the register didnt know what order i came to pick up, he almost made me belive i was at the wrong Albertos, Fish tacos were Fire!

The food here is just down right nasty. I've given this place too many chances and I'm never satisfied with the food. The last few times I've gotten food from here, I've ordered off of DoorDash. The most recent order I had included carnitas soft tacos, a shredded chicken hard taco, fish tacos, a breakfast burrito, a side of rice (which they did not include in my order), a quesadilla, and chips with guacamole. First, the "special notes" are never accommodated. I'm not sure if this is a fault in the restaurant not receiving the "special notes" that are provided through the DoorDash app however this is the only restaurant that I know will not accommodate any of the "special requests" I make. I had a note asking for them to provide salsa - this has been ignored more than once. It's very rare to find a Mexican restaurant that does not give salsa. Next, the food is gross. Literally, gross. The food all tastes like it has been fried in old oil. The fish, carnitas, and shredded chicken tacos were all made using a greasy and unappetizing tortilla. The breakfast burrito, though only consisting of egg, cheese, and potatoes, had pieces of old bacon throughout the burrito - this has also happened more than once. Seems that the cooking area is consistently dirty if every time I order a meatless burrito, there are chunks of meat sporadically present. The chicken taco had pieces of red chicken - disgusting. The fish taco was flavorless, except for the taste of oil. The carnitas taco was filled with fat. The "guacamole" was far from authentic. Comparable to "avocado salsa" that El Pollo Loco provides for free. Not good. Not worth the money. I'm done giving this place any more chances. I've wasted far too much money here as is.
