I love Renaissance Saint Luke because of the warm and friendly atmosphere. It's located close to stores, restaurants, theaters and so much more.

Renaissance Saint lukes is a 55 and older apartment building. There are low, medium and market rate apartments. This is a great place to live. Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance of this building. There are also two parking garages.

They have a certain number of apartments earmarked for subsidized housing. So it depends if one of those apartments is available. Call to check.
